Brain and Nerve Surgery
Neurosurgery, i.e. brain and nerve diseases, consisting of brain and spinal cord injury, cerebral hemorrhages and brain hemorrhages, brain and spinal cord injury, especially in the treatment of tumors originating from or caused by the brain and spinal cord tissue. Aneurysm is the science that deals with the diagnosis and treatment of diseases such as bubbles. It is the department that interferes with the diseases which affect many vital functions such as epilepsy which does not respond to drug treatment, selected Parkinson cases, and diseases developing during nervous system formation in newborns. The meaning of neurosurgery derived from the words neuron and syringe is "healing the nervous system wounds". Diagnosis and treatment of diseases seen in both adult and pediatric patient groups are performed in the brain and nerve diseases clinic. During the surgical and micro-surgical procedures, physicians who use many advanced technology devices usually take 5 or six years of specialist training after 6 years of medical education. Co-working with neuroradiology, neuroanesthesia and neurology departments, the doctors who are specialized on neurosurgery in which the necessary diagnosis and treatment methods are applied are called neurosurgeons.

Heart diseases, especially coronary artery disease, are among the leading causes of death in our country as well as in the world. The organs in our bodies need oxygen and nutrients to protect their vitality and perform their duties. The oxygen and nutrients required are transported to the organs by blood through the artery. Pumping blood into the arteries is done by our heart.
Our heart needs to be fed in order to do its job. The vessels that feed the heart are called "coronary vessel" (coronary artery). In the coronary arteries, as a result of constriction or blockage caused by atherosclerosis, our hearts cannot be fed sufficiently and disrupt their duty. As a result, the oxygen and nutrients that reach our organs through the blood decreases and the symptoms of insufficiency of various organs occur over time because of the disruption of the pump function.

During the routine examinations carried out in this process, many processes such as height, weight, nutrition and similar development of babies as well as development of daily life skills, expression and comprehension, neurological and psychological development are monitored. The physicians who deal with the difficult diagnosis and treatment of individuals in childhood take their psychology into consideration in the treatment process of infants who have not yet developed communication skills. The doctors of the Department of Pediatrics have a medical faculty degree of 6 years. Many side branches of the Department of Child Health and Diseases are also available. Eye Health
The first step of a routine eye examination in Ophthalmology Departments is to listen to the patient's complaints about vision problems. According to the characteristics of the complaints, a visual examination of the eyebrows, eyelids and eyes are observed firstly. The refractive error of the patient is measured by means of computerized ARM (auto refractometer) and retinoscope. The visual acuity of both eyes are determined with and without glasses. In the biomicroscopy examination, eyelashes, conjunctiva, cornea and other anterior segment elements of the eye are examined carefully. The eye tension is then measured.

General Surgery
In addition to surgical treatment of systemic and local problems in the body, general surgery includes general principles (such as wound healing, metabolic and endocrine response to injury) and is a technical discipline that has affected many surgical and basic medicine branches in terms of their development.
The word el surgery originates from the term 'chirurgiae' in Latin and means 'handwork'. Surgery is one of the oldest branches of medicine and it is based on the repair of diseases, injuries and structural defects of the body, which cannot be cured by medication or other treatment methods, or by converting the diseased organ into a natural and appropriate form.
The types of surgery are often referred to by the organ or by the name of the system to which it is attached. Goitre (thyroid gland), breast, esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon, rectum, anus, hernia, liver, gall bladder, biliary tract, endoscopic and laparoscopic surgical interventions are in the field of General Surgery. When divided according to systems; goiter operations, breast surgeries, esophagus, stomach, duodenum, small intestine, small bowel, rectum and anus region operations, liver and hernia operations are included in the scope of General Surgery. General Surgery also aims to protect against surgery not only by surgery but also by preventive medicine. The Department of General Surgery works in cooperation with many disciplines and in coordination with the wide area of interest. The majority of patients in general surgery are constituted of various types of cancer cases. In the diagnosis, surgery and subsequent treatment stages of these patients, there is a cooperation with Gastroenterology, Radiology / Interventional Radiology, Pathology, Medical and Radiation Oncology. Another area of interest of General Surgery is traumatology. Because of the presence of multiple organ system injuries in trauma patients, orthopedics, neurosurgery, urology, heart and vascular surgery are performed together with the departments. Generally, the Department of General Surgery undertakes the coordination of all these branches of medicine, especially in severe multiple organ injuries.

In serious conditions, such as coma, progressive stroke, and frequent recurrent seizures, patients are monitored and treated in the intensive care unit.
EMG (electromyethrography), a dynamic diagnostic method for the diagnosis of painful conditions such as waist and neck hernia, is usually performed in our electrophysiology laboratory.
EEG (electroencephalography) examination, which is used for differential diagnosis of many diseases of the central nervous system, especially epilepsy, can also be performed in our electrophysiology laboratory.
Headache complaints can also be evaluated in the outpatient clinics.
